How buying from Neeb works: who sells, what you pay, how you pay and how the coffee reaches you.
Who sells to you
Neeb Roastery is a trading name of High Spectrum Trading LLC (CR 1003381), Muscat, Oman. High Spectrum Trading LLC is the seller on every order and every invoice.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in Omani rials (OMR) and do not include VAT. 5% VAT is added on the coffee at checkout and shown on its own line. It is not added to the delivery fee.
Delivery fee
Delivery costs 2.000 OMR for up to 10 kg of coffee, then 0.500 OMR for every further kg (a part kg counts as a whole kg). You see the fee before you pay.
Payment
You pay by card only, on Thawani's secure page. Your card details go to Thawani, never to us. We take no cash, no cash on delivery and no cheques. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds.
Stock and freshness
The shop sells only coffee that is on our shelf at Asyad Express. The roast date is printed on every pack, and the coffee is never older than 4 weeks when it leaves the shelf. If something turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
The online shop delivers across Oman only. Asyad Express delivers your order. In Muscat it usually takes the next working day, and other governorates 1–3 working days. Some remote areas can take up to 7 days. Asyad works Saturday to Thursday, so Friday is not a delivery day. If Asyad cannot reach you, the parcel is held for up to 10 days and then sent back to us.

Wholesale
Cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices order through the wholesale page. Wholesale prices do not include VAT: 5% VAT is added to every quote and invoice, on the coffee after discounts and not on the delivery fee. Delivery follows the shop rule: 2.000 OMR for up to 10 kg, then 0.500 OMR for every further kg.
A quote is valid for 15 days. A new customer pays by bank transfer before the first dispatch. Credit is possible only after the credit form and approval by our management. We take no cash and no cheques.
