Who sells to you
The seller is High Spectrum Trading LLC (CR 1003381), trading as Neeb Roastery.
Delivery
We deliver to every governorate of Oman through Asyad Express, our delivery partner. You pay for delivery: 2.000 OMR for up to 10 kg of coffee, then 0.500 OMR for every further kg (a part kg counts as a whole kg). Prices on this website do not include 5% VAT: it is added on the coffee at checkout and shown on its own line, and it is not added to the delivery fee. Your coffee ships from our shelf at Asyad Express: the roast date is printed on every bag, and it is never older than 4 weeks when it leaves the shelf. After that, delivery in Muscat usually takes the next working day, and other governorates 1–3 working days. Delivery to some remote areas can take up to 7 days. Asyad works Saturday to Thursday, so Friday is not a delivery day.
Asyad Express tries to deliver on two days in a row. If they can't reach you, the parcel is held for up to 10 days and then sent back to us, so please keep your phone on. When your order is handed over we send you its tracking number on WhatsApp, and you can follow it on asyadexpress.om. If we can't deliver to an area, the checkout tells you before you pay.
Orders of 20 kg or more
These go through wholesale: they need 7 days' notice and are priced on our wholesale tiers. The same delivery fee (2.000 OMR for up to 10 kg, then 0.500 OMR for every further kg) and 5% VAT apply.
Payment
The online shop takes card payment only. You pay online through Thawani, on Thawani's secure page. Your card details go to Thawani, never to us.
If something is wrong
We refund only if a pack arrives damaged or the order is wrong. Tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo. We replace it, or refund you to the original payment method.
Opened coffee
Opened coffee can't be returned.
Cancelling
If you cancel your order before we roast it, we refund it in full.
