and why.
This note covers the Neeb Roastery website: the tasting form, the chat, the online shop and the WhatsApp buttons.
Who we are
This website is run by High Spectrum Trading LLC (CR 1003381), trading as Neeb Roastery. It is the company that holds the details you give us.
The tasting form
We ask for your name, business, WhatsApp number, area, type of business, roughly how much coffee you use, and any message you add. We use them only to contact you about a tasting and wholesale supply. They go to our sales system, where our team sees them.
The chat
Your messages are used to answer you. When the AI assistant is on, they are processed by Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to write each reply. Our team receives the conversation only if you leave your details; then a short summary is saved with your enquiry. Otherwise the chat stays in this browser tab and is gone when you close it.
How you found us
If you arrived from a link with campaign tags (for example from one of our Instagram posts) or from another website, we note that tag, the referring site and the first page you opened, and send them with your enquiry. It tells us which posts bring cafés to us. This website has no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no cookies.
On your device
Your language choice is remembered in this browser. The chat and the campaign tag are kept only for this browser tab. Our server sees your IP address for a short time to stop spam; it is not saved with your enquiry.
The online shop
When you buy coffee on this website we ask for your name, mobile number, governorate, city or area and address, your email address (for your receipt and order updates) and, if you want, a note. We use them to deliver your order and to contact you about it; they go to our sales system, and we give your name, mobile number and address to Asyad Express, our delivery partner, so that they can deliver. You pay on Thawani's secure page: your card details go to Thawani, never to us. Your bag is kept in this browser until you pay.
The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with our team in WhatsApp, where WhatsApp's own terms apply. The pre-filled message may end with a short campaign code; you can delete it before sending.
How long we keep it
